The ongoing drama surrounding Kylian Mbappé and PSG is intensifying, amidst tensions with Nasser Al-Khelaifi. Kylian Mbappé’s time as a PSG player is drawing to a close. By June 30, he will transition into a free agent and is anticipated to move to Real Madrid.

In Paris, he will be celebrated for his exceptional talent, having set the record for the most goals scored in the club’s history. However, he will also be remembered as a player with a notable ego, often at odds with the management.

Mbappé’s true feelings are now on display. The concluding moments of his tenure with the club he joined in 2017 reveal the strained relationship he maintained with the club’s hierarchy. With his future now decided, there’s no longer any pretense or hidden attacks, neither from the player nor his managers.

The hostility between Mbappé and Nasser Al-Khelaifi is unmistakable, no longer concealed. Since last summer and the player’s exclusion from the PSG pro squad, their relationship has deteriorated. While there was a brief period of calm during the season, tensions have escalated since PSG’s elimination from the Champions League.

Mbappé’s omission of mentioning Nasser Al-Khelaifi in his farewell message to PSG fans was another indication of tension between them. He later addressed this during the UNFP awards ceremony, but their strained relationship became more evident before the league match against Toulouse, which also marked his final appearances at Parc des Princes and with the French national team.

Communication between the talented player from Bondy and the Qatari manager has now ceased. In light of this, it’s understandable that Mbappé overlooked inviting his boss to the farewell party he hosted in Paris’ 7th arrondissement. Notably, Al-Khelaifi was absent from the guest list, and Mbappé emphasized that only those close to him attended, also mentioning that he had no message to convey.

He is anticipated to feature against Lyon.

As the tension mounts, Mbappé’s tenure with the French champions draws to a close. The question now centers on whether he will take part in the French Cup final against Lyon in Villeneuve d’Ascq on Saturday. Speculation emerged over the weekend hinting at the possibility of him being left out of the squad.

Luis Enrique’s media appearance failed to put these rumors to rest. Nevertheless, the most recent updates indicate a probable inclusion. He and his friend Ousmane Dembélé resumed regular training on Tuesday evening.
